Re: Mafia Wars on Facebook

Hey joe, the next time you have free gifts to offer, can you send me nightvision goggles? I'm down a pair.

I was just reshuffling my top mob to figure out what the best bonuses were. You're still the wheelman. The facebook notification system is ass stupid.

Yep. The internet is transient. You have to cache anything you need long term.

Re: Good Old Games

SHOGO!?! Of course.

We should all get Rainbow Six again and then play multiplayer. I'll duck first.

It should be ok in the long term. What I'm worried about is that since they're not going into bankruptcy, they might not be competitive in the long run.

well ... yes and no. My work gave it out to a few of the leads to use, but I left that project ages ago and had to give it back. They were pretty sweet and you could run a lot of things you can't on a netbook, but they were really easy to break.

Cool, but I don't really see Scotty as B.A. No one can really match up to Mr. T.

Yep. I would too. I'm guessing MS and Sony are probably crazy worried about this.

I signed up for the beta, but doubt I'll get in.

Re: PSP?

I have God of War, but didn't get really far in it. The controls kind of suck. I've found that puzzle and strategy games work better.

Re: PSP?

I've had one since probably '06, rarely use it. It's great for long trips. Not too many good games though and most of the online features are better on an iPod Touch or similar device.
